Celebrity Beyond Cruise Ship Celebrity Beyond Cruise Ship

For the last 8 dive cruises we have been using Princess cruise ships but due to changes in itineraries and reduced dive excursions we’ve had to look for better alternatives. After extensive searching we have found that Celebrity has a 6-night cruise leaving out of Fort Lauderdale that goes to two of the best dive locations in the Caribbean- Cozumel and Grand Cayman. It also does a stop at Coco Cay, their private island where they also offer a one tank Scuba excursion. I’ve been there and it’s a good experience even if you don’t want to dive. You can get a detailed view of the itinerary at Celebrity Cruises: Western Caribbean and Perfect Day.

The ship is the newest and largest in the “Edge class” ships and you can take a short video tour at Celebrity Beyond: Discover Our Newest Ship. This year we will be booking through Smart Cruiser and our agent is Bob Friedman at 561-393-4610, extension 5169. Just mention my name (Daryl Johnson) or Active Divers Group and he will find the best deal that suits your needs. Smart Cruiser negotiated rates for 2024 with Celebrity that are lower than what you can find on their site, plus you will receive an On-Board Credit from them also.

By-the-way, the cruise is on sale now for as low as $873..... try and match that for your lodging, transportation, food and entertainment to get to these great dive destinations! One final thing: if you book this cruise, be sure to book the ship's scuba excursions for Coco Cay and Grand Cayman. They have limited availability and will sell out quickly.

See you on board!!
